事發於昨日凌晨零時許，九巴 58X巴士，沿屯門公路駛往屯門良景邨，途至荃灣麗城花園對開，因打鬧事件被迫停在路邊。警員到場向各事主及目擊乘客逐一查問良久，大批乘客受連累被困車廂，其後一肚氣轉車離去。
從乘客拍攝片段顯示，涉事雙方身處巴士下層後排「面對面」而坐，懷疑有人伸展腳部時觸碰對方觸發鬧劇。坐「倒頭車」自認是老粗的中年漢，與四眼仔夫婦因「踩過界」問題，在車廂指手劃腳高聲對罵。當時車上擠滿歸家乘客，雖然二人七情上面鬧得激烈，歷時近 2分 50秒，但乘客表現冷漠，有人只顧閱報當看不到，其他乘客則豎起耳仔聽罵戰，未有插手。
惡男指罵四眼仔夫婦「扮有文化」，四眼仔回敬「我都無文化」。其間惡男嘲諷四眼仔妻子為「你條菜」，四眼仔以一句「菜你老母！菜」充滿火藥味。雙方為「你老母」含意罵個不休，四眼仔指「你老母唔代表問候，有文學意思，返去查吓字典啦！」

惡男聽罷無明火起，突然出招，以右手掌摑對方，再以右腳施展「穿心腳」撐向對方右胸近腰位置。四眼仔不甘示弱反擊，卻意外將惡男腿腳推向妻子，令嬌妻被踢中胸部，三人起身打作一團。打鬥爆發後，有乘客上前來拉開雙方，有人探頭觀戰及報警，車廂亂作一團。雙方激戰約 30秒，四眼男雖被打甩眼鏡，仍以一招「迷魂鎖」制服惡男。稍後警員到場了解後，將兩人拘捕。
九巴發言人勸喻乘客，乘搭巴士時請以容忍態度互相遷就。
九巴員工協會副理事長郭偉光認為，乘客爭執打架時有發生，而巴士座椅已算寬敞，希望乘客忍讓。
